Live Type Crashes on Save or import after Snow Leopard install

Last night I installed Snow Leopard 10.6.8 from Leopard. I also downloaded and installed Final Cut Pro X trial version.

Now Live Type crashes everytime I try to save or import.

I have deleted the Live Type preferences and restarted. I repaired permissions and restarted. I uninstalled Live Type and reinstalled. I deleted Final Cut Pro X and restarted. Nothing works. I even downloaded and ran YASU and restarted. I deleted the PRAM..Still no joy. Everything else seem to work fine. Any ideas??
